What Dragon Queen's Dark Desire is about

You are hired as a healer for a dragon queen who can no longer transform. The examination takes an intimate turn, and the mystical creatures of her realm rally around her recovery, each with their own hopes about how it should go. The charm is in the contrast between ancient magic and very human impatience.

Candy files it under Fantasy and lists Colette Ramsey as the lead. It is a magical setting with a patient who wears a crown and a treatment that gets more personal by the scene. Everyone involved is an adult.
