What My Stepmom Needs a Plus One is about

A gala with a missing husband is where My Stepmom Needs a Plus One begins. Amanda Langford, the stepmom, needs a plus one, and the only person available is her stepson, an adult dressed in his father's suit.

Guests assume they are married, and she lets the mistake stand. As the night goes on she stops treating it as an act. The charm lies in role-play slipping into something that looks a lot less like role-play. It is part comedy of errors, part slow reveal, with a dressed-up gala mood.

It fits fans of fake-dating setups and dressed-up settings. Candy tags it Milf and Stepmom. These are brief, phone-shaped episodes, so sampling costs very little time.
